Step2 - Approval, long wait

I have registered on Payoneer on 02/07/2016 but in my Application status I am still on step 2 Approval and the message displaying is;

"Your application is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days."

I haven't yet received any approval email notification in these days
