What is the status of my payment paid through credit card

My friend says he paid me through credit card but i haven't received any money in my account and It shows there is no transaction !! There is no sign of that money anywhere in payoneer !! So I want to check whether he sent the money or not !! Can anyone check whether request ID: 1490743 is paid or not?? Plz this is urgent
