ATM Pre-Authorize

Before 30 minutes I try to take money from ATM U I didn't get money - was transaction information - you do not have enough money in your account. Today I receive from 142 $ and now I see Pre-Authorize Transaction file. Now I don't know how to cancel this Pre-Authorize because I am back to my home?

    When it comes to ATM transactions, there's no way to get them released before expiration from Payoneer's side. Perhaps it could prove fruitful to contact the bank and ask them to release it.
