my account has 2 cards, why?

on my account are 2 cards, one has expired but I just got money on it... the new one has no money, I just got the new card, how can I get the money from my old expired card to the new card? ( I do not have the old card anymore :(( )

    When you activate the new card, the funds from the old card transfer automatically to the new card. While this happens instantly, it can take up to 2 hours for the balance history to reflect in your Payoneer account.
