account has been locked ....

I am unable to login in my account, and also getting incorrect details while filling the form for forgot password.

Please help me. :/

    There is no need to open a new account if your account is blocked, all you have to do is to contact Payoneer Customer Support

    I also have the same issue. I contacted customer support but I take it my message didn't go through because I never got a reply.

    also have the same issue. Account has been locked, now for this ticket 170801-008624 no response after 2 business days. Can you please let me know what's going on ? Thanks.

    "There is no need to open a new account if your account is blocked," Yes it is because the way you handle this sucks. Going to Livechat requires you to sign in. How can I sign in if my account is locked?

    Support is extremely slow for unlocking your account. This is not acceptable. Users have no other option but to create a second account to be able to chat with someone in live chat. And then they say you guys have millions of users and tickets to handle.... Agreed, but acknowledging that the current workflow to re-gain access to your own account is certainly one of the things that increases the number of requests is necessary. Seriously, you guys are failing to see what is in front of your eyes.
