Account Locked

My Account has been Locked Since 5-02-2017. Still Get no response from payoneer.
Please Suggest some thing about this

    Hello,

    Same Situation Here. I contacted to Payoneer via Phone Call + Email Support and by Live chat also, they said it's locked and one of our security team member will reach out to you in 3 business days.

    The Discussion and ticket was submitted on 16th Feb and it's 21 Feb 2017 Please make it asap..

    Please find here the necessary detail:

    Reference Number: 170216-000123
    Customer ID: 55**40 (Hidden by user)

    I have received the Response from Payoneer but Everytime they respond and then Reply-back, they are taking atleast 5 days to reply me.. So far since 21 Feb I only got 3 times response. .and the last response from Payoneer team was on 27 Feb, Where they only said to me that, "Sorry for delays and we have transferred your information to the relevant department for final processing."

    Now 5 days and No update.

    If anybody from Payoneer team is watching this thread please atleast update our queries within 48 hours please don't make it upto 7 days. I know this will take more days. because I experienced this since I contacted you about 3 weeks ago (16th-Feb)

    My account is locked from this morning. Still don't know the reason, without any "warning emails", after 4 years member, thousand transactions. This morning, simple message"Alert: You Can No Longer Get Paid via Payoneer". I just want my funds (1500 USD), don't need to continue with Payoneer after this. My wife is taking chemotherapy, I was planing to this money...OMG
