Payoneer Say That Bank Details I Gave Are Not In My Name

Hi all,
I just signed up this arvo and provided my banking details. I got an email stating the following:
"You recently provided details of a bank account that is not in your name"
My bank account doesn't have my full name, only my initials and last name. In my Payoneer account I use the short version of my name.
I tried to see a message to support but I couldn't find a topic that this would go under.
Can someone tell me when sending a message to support what topic could I use?
