mistake with adress

Hello,i would like ask some help here,because cant find it in support center-after providing and approving my adress card was sent,but adter 1 month it didnt arrive and i was checking my account and found 1 big mistake -they sent my card to my adress,but different country-now i am sent few times this question to support center but didnt get any reply-what i should do in such issue?Thank u

    Hello Jason i tryed call but sistem answer that 1-646-658-3695 this number is uncorrect and i didnt get reply on any of my emeil-so what i should do?
