Payoneer Account Approval Department Email

Hi Everyone,

A few days ago Payoneer Block my card I send him to email with my documents after that Payoneer send me an email after one-month letter this is email which one Payoneer send me.

"This message is to inform you that unfortunately, in accordance with Payoneer's Terms and Conditions, we will no longer be able to provide you with a payment solution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. In order to avoid delayed or declined payments, we advise that you not attempt to send any additional payments to your Payoneer account. Your account will be disabled in 5 business days, on 02/20/2017. Please be sure to access any available account balance by that time, as once your account is disabled you will be unable to access those funds.

so problem is that I have no idea which Terms and Conditions I violate so now point is that Payoneer disabled my global payment service now I no receive any payment in my card so now I want to reactive it anyone tells me that is possible.
