I transferred money into my Payoneer card from Fiverr on 04/03/2017, but my card balance is 0.00

Hello, I'm from Nigeria. I transferred $40 from my Fiverr account into my payoneer on 04/03/2017, and I recieved an e-mail immediately to confirm my payment which I did.I used express loading of my card and I was told it would be within 2 hours. But I went to a Mastercard enabled ATM but the machine was saying 'Invalid Transaction'. So I logged into my payoneer account only to see $0.00 as my card balance. I was not able to receive any money through the ATM. Please where is my money. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Contact Payoneer support so they can check and see why your balance has not been updated even though you received the email confirmation.
