Always getting payment approval pending

Hello! Whenever I receive payments from upwork. I always get this approval pending message. Can you tell me why is this always happening? As I thought it was only for the first time. When will I get the funds? Check and let me know.

    Lately every payment I receive has also been held for approval and no update for a week. Payoneer used to be good but now it's too strict and too slow to process orders. I'm thinking to moving on to another payment processor.

    Every We have Always getting payment approval pending for frerlancer. I have complete the projects in freelancer but it was pending in payment to the me account.
