Card doesn't work as it used to

I've been noticing some issues with my card recently that I've never had before. Sometimes, I can use my MasterCard without any issues but then it starts declining all of my transactions. I noticed this for the first time when I tried to withdraw $500 dollars from an ATM. It was my very first transaction for the day and when I tried to do it, the ATM said that I didn't have enough funds. I had $1000 dollars on the card back then so it found it weird and decided to re-check my balance... I was surprised to see that my balance went from $1000 to only $136! I didn't spend any money at all! Something was really wrong! I was about to contact the support to see what happened but then, without me doing anything, I could see that my balance went back to $1000! So, for some reason, my balance was temporarily incorrect but then came back to normal. I thought it was just a temporary issue and forgot about it.

A few days later, I tried to withdraw these $500 dollars again (I had $850 dollars on the card by that time) and again the machine said that I didn't have the funds! God! I tried to check my balance again and it was correct this time: $850. So why couldn't I withdraw $500? To make things worse, the card stopped working even for smaller online/PIN transactions! I wasn't able to pay for a simple $1 dollar cup of coffee! Very annoying! This has been happening to me for days now! Sometimes, I can see my balance going to ZERO temporally and, after some minutes, going back to the normal amount. That makes me really worried! I've already contacted the support several times but all I get is some automatic message which doesn't solve the issue or I didn't receive any messages at all!

I've been using Payoneer for over 1 year and this is the first time I'm experiencing such problems. Is there any kind of new limit that I can use daily now? What's going on? The card just stopped working as it used to. I can't confidently use it anymore.

Some help would be really appreciated.

    Seeing that this is not a standard issue that is see on the day to day basis, I think it would be best for you to contact Payoneer Support directly so they can take a closer look into your case and see why you are experiencing such a wide aray of issues.

    The type of circumstances you are describing do not just appear out of nowhere, which is why contacting support should be your first immediate step to resolve the problem.
