Payoneer Support Not Answering Emails and Not Sending My Card...

8 days ago send created ticket with Reference Number: 170308-017171 regarding DHL shipping. I replied with details after auto reply mail came and after this i send 2 more email about ticket status but i have zero reply in 8 days!

I have enough balance in my account for DHL shipping but can't get any email or reply! Today I created another ticket with Reference Number: 170316-002214. If I can't get any response from payoneer, I will stop using it.

8 days past and zero reply, this is disappointment !
