Even if you are not being asked on a consistent basis to verify the payment by providing additional information, keep in mind that behind the scenes each payment you receive is being reviewed by Payoneer.
Most likely the payment you are referring too is undergoing an extended review. If you do not receive an update within 2 working days, there is nothing in your email inbox and there is no estimated loading date showing in your payout history (from your online access) contact Payoneer support to follow up on the status of your payment and see if anything is required to approve and credit the funds to your account.Happy and willing to answer general questions.
