Changing address

A week ago I sent an email regarding a mistake I had in my address while I was creating my account on Payoneer, it was a simple mistake, I decided not to send my ID information since it would trigger the card being deliver. They answered my problem in no time at all, but since then I always check the Billing Address tab and no change has been done so far.

Hello Hucho,
It is possible to have different billing and shipping address for the card. In this case, you will only be able to see your residential/billing address when logged in to your account.
I would recommend you contact Payoneer support and ask them if the card was shipped to the billing address that is currently registered on the account (otherwise they will verify with you the address you actually used for the shipping of the card).
