Hello
I've forget my Payonner password, so I tried to change the password by using "I forgot my password" option. Sadly, I couldn't remember the secret questions, so my account was locked after 3 attempts
I would let you know that I need to use my account those days, so any luck to get it recovered ? :(

i have already contacted the support but i have got no answer

    the account is already locked , am traveling Tomorrow and i need to use it today . thank you for your prompt reply

    My account has been locked because I forgot to enter the security answers, though I am also at fault. I have sent the customer service message several times to know if there are possible way to retrieve my account, still got no reply. By the way, how can I even talk to your customer service if live chat is only accessible to those who can login to their account. This is very disappointing and frustrating!!!
