Payoneer card problem

Hello! So, to start things off, I have withdraw money from Upwork (freelance site) on 24th of March, but still, no money transferred to my card. I contacted Upwork support and they said that the money was successfully transferred to my payoneer card, but my balance is still $0.00. I saw from my friend, that everytime he withdraws the money, he gets an offer for the faster transaction, but I do not get any offer, just no messages on email from payoneer. At first I thought an email could be a problem, but when I wrote to them for the support then I do get an email that my question it is being reviewed. Today I withdrawn money for the second time, and no email from payoneer. I just want to know what is happening with money that I am hard working for, because I never saw it. I did contact support, but no help yet, so fast reply would be awesome.

    Hi there, one thing I recommend to anyone who plans to receive a payment from a company or website that has a direct payout solution through Payoneer, is to make sure that the funding source has been added successfully. This can be done by logging in to your Payoneer account and selecting the "Funding Source" tab from the "Activity" Menu.

    If you see that your Upwork funding source is not added to your Payoneer account, you should contact Payoneer support right away so they can review and assist you with your case.

    You can also contact Upwork support in regards to this however they may advise you to contact Payoneer, so its best to tackle the issue from both directions to avoid wasting any time.

    Hello Nemanjav.. I just want to know if you already solve your payment issues with payoneer. HI almost have the same case with you. I withdraw $190.00 from 99designs through payoneer. I am expecting my money to reach my account within 4-5 business days. Designs has confirmed that they already released the money on July 3. It's now on the 9th day and there is no indication that my money has reach my account. I tried contacting payoneer help center but has not received a response yet. Can you tell me what actions did you take to resolve the issues...thank you

    Did you contact via email? If so, double check for any automated response and reply to it so a live Payoneer representative is aware of your issue and may begin investigating it for you.

    I now have a similar problem.
    Date of first transaction Aug 20. Like many times before I withdraw money from Upwork. I received an email and selected 'Immediate Load'. A few days later, I again withdraw money from Upwork, received an email and re-selected 'Immediately Load'.
    Payoneer guarantees that the money will be transferred to the card within 2 hours. Today, Aug 30th and the payment is still 'Processing Card Load' for both payments.
    For six days I've been writing with 'Payoneer's customer care' and everything goes very slowly. I do not understand why certain documents are required of me and what to do with it so much because there have not been any problems so far and everything can be seen in Payoneer reports, but it also goes so slowly - one request per day, to which I immediately answer, but nothing happens to nothing The next day.

    When a deposit is not loaded within the time frame, you need to contact Payoneer to see why this is happening. The common reason I have come across throughout the years is that the Payoneer account holder needs to provide additional information to verify their account.

    • For new users who experience this, it's a simple matter of providing the information to ensure that the payments are uploaded immediately.
    • For existing users who come across it, most likely the information you provided initially is now out of date, in which instance you should contact support to provide up to date information in order to have the payments loaded within the expected time.

    Should this not be the case, contacting Payoneer support to report the matter is of the most importance in order for them to be able to troubleshoot the problem as quickly as possible.

    I made a withdrawal to my local bank on
    22 /10/19 with an amount of $72 they say complate but did't tranfer to my local account bank The payment is still not yet received in my local bank account. Its been 3 weeks has passed but still not able to see the money.
