Card limit reset time after weekend withdrawal

Hello. My question is about Payoneer card limit reset time after weekend withdrawals. Example:
1) On Saturday withdrawal was $2500, 7am local time
2) On Sunday withdrawal was $2500, 8am local time
Since every transaction made on weekends is considered to be made on the next business day, on Monday withdrawal won't be available.
Question: what is the earliest time on Tuesday when card withdrawal becomes available?
1) On Saturday withdrawal was $2500, 7am local time
2) On Sunday withdrawal was $2500, 8am local time
Since every transaction made on weekends is considered to be made on the next business day, on Monday withdrawal won't be available.
Question: what is the earliest time on Tuesday when card withdrawal becomes available?

The prepaid card limits are not defined by a business day. As Aaron mentioned, "limits are defined by 24 hour periods regardless of the calendar day".
So even if you maxed out your $5000 limit on Sunday, once 24 hours have past since the original transaction took place, you will be able to utilize the card once more on Monday.
Happy and willing to answer general questions.

Thanks Aaron. I will follow the link you posted and try to figure out. Just so you know, I am not really sure how to apply the excerpt (at the end of this message) from "Terms and Conditions (Payoneer 2017)" to the situation I described. After making a statement about 24 hour period limits this excerpt clearly says that a transaction made on a non-business day is considered made on the next business day.
Doesn't it mean that if I make 2 transactions on weekends ($2500 + $2500), these transactions will be considered made on Monday and because of that I won't be able to withdraw on Monday?
If this is so (and I won't be able to withdraw on Monday), my original question will still make sense: what is the earliest time on Tuesday I will be able to withdraw? (e.g. 12am local time?)

For security reasons, you may only make up to ten (10) withdrawals per any 24 hour period at ATMs and the total number of transactions you can make using POS terminals is nine (9) transactions per any 24 hour period. You may not make more than USD 5,000 / EUR 5,000 / GBP 5,000 in transactions of any type from your Card per any 24 hour period (the relevant limit applies according to the card currency).
Any transaction made on a non-business day is considered made on the next business day.
You may not use your Card for any illegal transactions or at gambling sites or for any gambling activity.
