Payment on hold since a week

I used the global payment service to receive one of my payments from a client. All the necessary documents were submitted last week by both me and my client, and the payment is still on hold.

So far the support has been terrible, i stayed in queue to speak to an agent online twice, both times when i reached 0 i got disconnected saying no agents were available. No response to my emails either. The Facebook team takes forever to respond

    I understand that today most of us wish to avoid utilizing the phone as much as we can, whether it is ordering food online, retail shopping or customer service inquiries. However at the end of the day when push comes to shove, the best way to receive immediate support is by picking up the phone and make the call.

    If you have yet to do this, I would recommend you reach out to support directly so they can take a look into your case and solve it.
