Payoneer payment rejected $80 and it didn't get back to my bank account

In that case, you have to contact you credit card provider and require a credit card statement showing that the transaction was deducted from your card but not returned. Once you receive the statement, send it to out support center and they'll forward it to the relevant department for further investigation.

Contact your credit card provider in regards to the transaction in question. There is always the possibility that the funds have already returned however the indication for it that it was may have been missed.
If they confirm that the money did not return, contact Payoneer to see what is happening with the transaction. If possible, get a statement from your card provider that show that the transaction did not return to your credit card account.

yes i have contacted bank also but they said money your sent didn't returned as many months have gone by, so kindly if possible check the transaction
