last sunday (04/09/2017) i was required to send an email with a proof of residence, and i sent it, i had to get into chat service in order to get a faster service, but the payer was asked for submit that information too and he just cant wait for 30-40min to get a chat service agent, so i was wondering how long it takes you to confirm that information? because he sent it on monday (04/10/2017) and it said they will verify in 24h.. so we already should being waiting for loading the payment, right? i mean the status of payment is still "Missing information - Please contact customer service" or there is something i can do to help him to speed up that process? or there is a way you can check that?

It is rare for both the account holder and the payer to be asked to provide additional information under a single payment review, but it is not unheard off.
The time it takes to review a payment can vary, especially if additional information is required before a payment can be approved and credited to your account. This information can be requested from either yourself or individual/employer.
The best thing to do in this case is reach out to Payoneer support directly if all the information was already submitted in order to follow up and see on the status of the payment.
