Anybody been declined with no explanation?

I tried to open a payoneer account, but I was declined. I sent a message to ask why and I've received no explanation or reply, or asked to provide more information.

I realised I had started a payoneer account a while ago and I must have been accepted but I never used the account, when I tried to log in it said I'm locked out of my account, I also messaged payoneer about this as well with no response. I wonder would this have anything to do with why my new account was declined,

Has anybody had a similar experience?

    Hey Pam,

    It can happen for an account to be declined at first, mostly commonly if you already had an old application in the past. In this case, you should contact Payoneer support as you have already done and they will get back to you as soon as possible to assist you.
