Why support does not answer me

I have had a problem of payoneer card renewal since September 2016 :s and I have to contact the support several times but I have not received any message from them what should I do please.

    Check your inbox and spam email for any responses from Payoneer. It is possible that you received an automated response that you dismissed. Even if the automated answer does not answer your question, it is important that you answer the email so a live Payoneer representative can receive your inquiry and begin assisting you.
