How long is Payoneer going to block my card and funds for?
I've only been with Payoneer a short time, and so far the experience has gone from good to disastrous. I have a client who pays me monthly via Payoneer. I received the first payment with only a few hiccups, but when I logged in to my account after the second payment was made I discovered that not only had the latest payment not been uploaded, but that my card had also been blocked, so that I couldn't withdraw the money still in the account. I have phoned Support several times and emailed a complaint to Customer Care, who haven't even replied. They keep saying it is a security issue, which is patently bullshit, but what is worse, they can't give a date for resolution of the matter. And, they didn't send any advance notice. Payoneer, you are unprofessional, if not worse. I'm not the only one affected by this type of action. When are you going to complete your so-called review of my account and give me ALL my money? It needs to be very, very soon!
