Don't receive email on withdraw confirmation

I transferred money from my payoneer account to my local bank account a few days ago, in my payoneer account was deducted but now I still do not receive an email confirming my money withdraw.
And of course in my local bank account I still have no money
I emailed for support but no one answered.
What should I do now ?

    This past weeked was Easter, a holiday that affected many banks including the US which left them closed on Monday. This would account for at least 1-2 business day delay for the transfer.

    If you have already emailed Payoneer, double check your email and spam folder to make sure that no automated reply was sent to you. If so, reply to it so a Payoneer representative can receive your inquiry and get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with your delayed/missing payment issue.

    Good day, I'm having the same issue right now. I don't receive an email confirmation after my withdrawal. Please advice.

    Good day Joel, Monday is a popular day in this thread as this time around it was Memorial Day that had the banks closed. Again you should expect a 1-2 day delay in transfers because the banks were closed on that day.

    There actually a blog on delayed payments which includes links to external sites that cover the holidays that affect the banks operating days. Hopefully this will help you stay one step ahead at all times so you can better manage your payment service.

    I got the same issue right now. I don't receive confirmation email after withdrawal. Is it holiday?
