My documents verification

Hello, I sent my identification(ID, debit card statement, screenshot of the card) documents, It's been 3 days and haven't heard from you yet, I need to make my payment within 1 week but I can't do it without the documents approval. Please help ,it's getting late please tell me the status of my application.

    My problem is even worse.. they haven't even sent an email asking for I'd screenshots or anything... they just sent the beginning email saying that it will take 3 days for reviewing my application.. and I've been suffering since then...

    Hi, it generally takes a few business days for a newly submitted application to be approved and this is why you received an email that it can take a few business days for your account to be approved.

    Usually additional documents are also requested for approval and an email is sent to request for the information. In order to avoid any delay, we recommend you keep track of your inbox in case an email has already been sent to you so you can reply with the details requested.

    Yeah, I have the same issue. All my support tickets were completely ignored though, and I didn't receive a single e-mail from Payoneer

    hey been almost a month, and still my bank account is in pending review, please make it fast besause during these tough times I really need money. I feel very helpless man, please help.
