Hello, I can't make a payment request (send button grayed out)

Today I am spending my time trying to figure out how to make a payment request. I filled all fields, clicked through all links, checked all the information and data validity across all field, but no avail. Preview and Send buttons remain grayed out no matter what I do. I am sending the request from Serbia to a client in Illinois.

For me it turned out the description was longer than 70 characters. Try reducing the amount of characters.6

Try clearing your browsing history before submitting the payment or using a different internet browser. As silly as it sounds, this can be one of the reasons that prevents users such as yourself from sending a payment request.
If that does not work, contact Payoneer support so they can take a closer look into your individual case.
