Trying to Figure Out How It Works

devbanana Member Posts: 1

I'm based in the United States, being paid by a company in Germany.

I'm honestly really confused by PayOneer. This company is going to pay me in EUR. My question basically is, how do I convert this to USD and get access to it? Is the easiest to transfer it to my bank account? I saw mention of a PayOneer card, but my balance in PayOneer will be in EUR and I need to have my funds in USD.

Any other information would be appreciated. They insisted on using this system but I'm just confused by it and wanting to make sure I don't make a mistake.

    Hi there,

That's is exactly what's going to happen. Once the funds are loaded to your Payoneer account, you will have the option to withdraw the funds from your account to your local bank or utilize the prepaid card (optional) for immediate access to your earnings.

The money you will earn will be kept on the account in the Euro currency which will be converted to local currency at the time of transaction.

Seeing currency conversion will become a reality now that you will be getting paid from abroad, you can read up on a blog we dedicated to this topic.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.
