How do i cancel the Payment


My client have paid for the project on 20 April 2017,
and payoneer is asking for the documents, I dont know why they re asking for just to make a payment.
Now my client wants to cancel the Payment and get a refund, but customer support isnt responding, Its like 48 Hours, No response,

Can any one here Guide me how shall my client cancel the Payment, And wil he get a refund ?

    Such requests need to be made by contacting Payoneer customer care directly.
    If you have submitted a new ticket inquiry, make sure to answer the automated email that was sent to you following the submission of the ticket so a live Payoneer representative can receive and address your inquiry.
