Payer did not receive a confirmation email

One person sent me money for work, and after the first attempt his bank refused to transfer money to him.
After trying #2 - he used another card - the payment process was successful. Maybe..

I see the payment status "Under review" more than 4 hour and my customer has not received any confirmation to the email. He really needs a receipt for payment ..

How do I send him a receipt? And will I receive this translation?
