Hey guys.
So my card has been hacked and Payoneer blocked the card.
I contacted the online chat and they told me that a replacement card will arrive.
So my card arrived and I am not sure how am I supposed to activate it.
Am I supposed to make a new account for the new card or is there a way to activate the new card on my existing account?
Also, will my friend referrals be transferred onto my new card along with the funds? Cause I have a lot of them. Or had.
I hope you can help me, thanks. :)

Hi Sandra,
Regardless of the reason, you are never required to open a new Payoneer account to receive a replacement card. Any replacement cards ordered will take the place of the previously expired, lost and even compromised card you had before.
Any previously loaded and future incoming payments will be accessible through the new card once you have received and activated it.
If for any reason funds are loaded on an old inactive card (you can view this from your account access), a simple inquiry to Payoneer support will fix the problem.
Happy and willing to answer general questions.
For any inquiries directly associated to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Support Center.

Hi Payoneer,
I changed my profile address due to I have transferred my office to another location in the same city. After that, I found that Payoneer has blocked my card and I have some balance on this card too and also have made withdrawals those are pending. Am i supposed to reactivate that card or I also need to ask for a replacement?
I am also concerning that why my card was blocked without any notice even I just changed the address on my profile.
I have also attached my card to fiverr and other channels how do i get payments if this card not activated by Payoneer. Please reply thank you in advance0 -

Sir, I have a question about why my card is blocked without any notification. No any email sent to me that there is something wrong. i am doing business from last 3 years and never had happen before. Can I reactivate the blocked card. it is important because that card was attached to my fiverr account and some other market place buying and selling/.0
