cant access my account, account always locked, multiple emails to support and no response

its been over a week and i would have contacted support via email at least 4 times and haven't had a single response, my password no longer works and it seems there is bugs that wont allow me to reset.

i cant access chat because i cant log in, this is real frustrating because its a simple fix if only someone from payoneer would respond

    Did you reply to the automated response you received from the ticket you submitted? These responses are designed to obtain additional information or assist you with inquiries. Even if the automated response does not respond to your inquiry, replying to it will ensure that a live representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible to assist you with your login issues.

    i am facing the same problem. even when i tried to reset my password, i used my old password the "payoneer password reset" denied my password because they said that this password is your existing one. however i never changed my password. this means that my old password is not working i dont know how to fix this issue. although i mail Payoneer still no response other that auto reply. i even replied to the auto message. but still no response. and my account is locked for no reason.

    im having same issues here i tried a password reset and havent been sent the email to reset password im getting really annoyed now with this , and i called up also and all he done was sent me a link to reset password and again no email. please help

    Hi @tricia62. You can also reset your password by SMS.
    I would also advise that you clear your browser cookies/cache/and saved passwords. This will prevent any previously saved passwords from interfering with future log ins.

    i dont have my phone registered on there i cant do this,ive done all the stuff youve asked me this is impossible so im setting up a new account

    You need to contact the support and a representative will assist you in resolving that issue.
