"Processing card load" problem which runs from 12 April?

Several times I wrote.
Several times I was on live chat.
Last time I was told that the money will be available within 24 hours but the time is expire and I did not get the money.
You got my ID.
Too long wait.
I do not know who else to turn to for help.
The money is in your account since 12 April but the problem with "processing load card" it's not sloved.
Please do something.
