Why is it taking so long for my card load to be processed?

Hi everyone,

I am actually hoping that someone from payoneer support helps me out here. I recently just tried to load my payoneer account for the first time from Fiverr. As per my instructions, the load was to take 2 hours, for a $3 fee. A couple of minutes after authosring the transfer to my payoneer account, I received a mail asking that I provide my complete home address alongside a scanned copy of my ID which I readily did. However, my country does not use ZIP codes, so I provided my Postal code instead. 2 hours later, I receive another mail from a different customer service personnel, requesting that I must provide a ZIP CODE (mind you, I expected to have my money in my account by now).

It has been a couple of hours since I replied the mail, and no one has bothered getting back to me. Neither my spam nor inbox have a mail from them. I started this process at 10AM today, and its almost 6PM here, and my card has not been loaded yet.

I really do admire the services payoneer offer, but it will be nice if they kept to time as per their terms of service. I am totally exasperated as at the time of writing this. Will be glad if someone helped me out soonest.

    Hi there,

    I recommend you contact your local post office to be sure of this as I am no expert on this matter. Even if there is no zipcode in your country, they should advise you what needs to be entered when receiving international parcels that do utilize the zipcode system.

    Remember, Payoneer may be aware that your country does not have a zipcode, but that does not mean they can edit the information for you. It may sound silly, but when you process payments internationally between countries and borders, even the silliest thing is taking seriously.

    If you are still dealing with this back and forth yo-yo emails, try Payoneer's phone/chat services. A qualified representative will hear you out and work with you on getting past this phase and have your card issued.
