Account is locked and I can't talk to the phone number of online chat

Hi,

I did not miss my password and still, my account was locked.

After sending an email, the reply I get is to call the US number. I tried calling it several times today, without any success. The phone number does not work!

I also tried the online chat but it is always offline!!

Please! How can I unlock my account! I'm receiving money but I can't spend it!
