I can t reset my password

I didn t get any e -mail with instructions on how to reset my password. So I have written many times ,but no response. Any idea why? Thanks.

    Check your spam folder. It is possible that your email provider flagged our email as spam which would explain why you are unable to locate it.

    In addition, whenever you submit a new ticket, remember to check for any automated response you might receive. These responses are designed to provide with easy to follow assistance or they are designed to obtain additional information regarding the inquiry you have submitted. Regardless of what the email says, replying to that automated response will ensure that a live representative will get back to you as soon as possible to assist you.

    Thank you for your answer. I checked spam folder and there is nothing. No automated response. I also directed your customer support department and i didn t receive any answer.

    I found it in a trash...but there is another problem. I can t remember answer to security question. What to do now?
