Payment has been rejected but No reason from payoneer
My client sent me a payment on Friday 5/05/2017 and payoneer asked for more documents on 8/05/2017. Today when I checked the payment status in my account it shows payment rejected but when my client called them they said it's pending in their system and should be credited by Monday. It's not making sense to me. Anyone from payoneer to explain to me coz this is just not right keeping people's money this long and telling stories.
