Prepaid Master Card and currencies

I'd like to clarify what are the options for prepaid cards. I recently created an account through payoneer website as I will be receiving payments in USD, that I m going to use in Europe (EUR).
The card order form didnt give me option to order the card for EUR but only USD, which makes me think I d need to pay currency fees for every transaction?
Reading about it, found out I could order the card through airbnb (I m also a host there) and receive the card in EUR and without yearly fee. It was supposed to be possible with existing account but when I chose this option, it skipped the entire card ordering step and just added airbnb as a new fund source to my account or something.
Even when I went back and deleted this payment option from airbnb, it wont let me set it up again, just a message saying I ve requested it already.
So: 1) Do I need to cancel my entire payoneer account and start fresh through airbnb to get a yearly-fee-free EUR prepaid card? (I dont need my payoneer account to be linked to any bank account.)
2) Can I use this "airbnb-card" to move funds paid by another company to my payoneer account?
3) If my account and card is set to EUR, but I receive the payments in USD, at what point do I pay the currency conversion (and how much)?
4) Any other hickups/changes I should expect if I move about 2000 USD montly?
Hope you understand my problem. Thank you.
P.S. Would be great if you could give me a practical example of the fees and conversion rates.

Hi there,
The reason this happened was due to you utilizing the same Payoneer email when you were asked if you already have an existing Payoneer account. If you opened your Payoneer account first and then selected the method of payment through Airbnb or other payout companies, the payout preference will only be added to the Payoneer account and not issue you a Euro card. In this case, you need to contact Payoneer support and ask them to remove the funding source so you can reapply for a Airbnb Euro MasterCard.
When reapplying, make sure to use a different email address not associated to your current Payoneer account.
The account you have currently (or the account you will open through Airbnb) can receive payments from multiple platforms and are not restricted to Airbnb payments only.
As for the different currency balances, if you plan to only receive payments in Euro, it is best to work on receiving payments in the Euro currency only as you will not be able to transfer funds from the USD balance to the Euro card or vice versa (Euro balance to USD card). In this case, you can have either two cards (one in each currency) or have for instance USD payments withdrawn to your bank while Euro payments accessed through the card. This is just to make the service a bit more convenient by not having to manage multiple cards.
If we are already on the topic of fees, the only one you should really be considering is currency conversion should you come across it. You can read the following blog to get the basics.
Other fees such as ATM fees will apply for ATM based transactions only while normal local/online transactions will not incur additional fees.

Hi, I'm having similar problem but not being able to erase airbnb as funding source, and I'm not being able to receive any other payment due to that. How can I solve it?0
