How to Cancel Recurring Payment?

Last year I purchased a hosting from iPage and this year I did not renew it and cancel the service but still iPage charged me from my Payoneer account. After then I contacted iPage support and they said they don't know about it. So I cancel my iPage account and iPage removed my Payoneer card from my iPage account. But still iPage charged me a $76+ amount.

So now I like to know, is there any way to cancel the recurring option from my Payoneer account? Please help. Thank you.

    Payoneer cannot stop a merchant from charging the card. This must be handled on the merchants end.

    The problem with what you are asking is that if every card provider was able to block a transaction (for various reasons), it would lead a crisis in the industry and generate a lot of paperwork by increasing the number of chargebacks and complaints that are being filed.
    There is a standard when it comes to card related transactions and disputes that must be followed. These standards are mainly set by the banks that issue the card and the brand company that provided the card (VISA, MasterCard, ect).

    Just to be clear, my response is only directed to what the industry refers as non-fraudulent transactions. If you provided the card to the merchant and they charged the card, reversing that charge for any reason must be done by direct contact with the merchant.

    If after contacting the merchant you are not able to reverse the transaction, then you should contact the issuer of the card and explain to them what has occurred so they can advise you on the best course of action.
