System has no clarification: My Card Is Blocked!

It's been more than 10 days my card is blocked. A few days back, I sent an invoice to my client and she paid and Est load date was 05/17/17. I got a mail from Payoneer 2 days later about a REWARD. I was so happy seeing that and get a screenshot from my mobile and share it to FB. I logined to Payoneer to see the REWARD. But, what happened!!!
YOUR CARD IS BLOCKED!!!
Since then I have contacted the support multiple times, on twitter and on this forum but didn't get any solution. Live support has told, SD will contact within 2 business days via mail. But didn't get any update.
Can't withdraw from Marketplace, can't pay to my writer. Is there anyone who have experience with same issue and occurred very recently?
