Payment History: Different display on laptop / mobile

When I open my Payoneer account on my laptop, "Payment History" display "No Payments Found", regardless the date rage provided.

When I open the same account on my mobile, all Payment History / Payments are there. How can I get support to fix this and does anyone else have experienced this?

    To resolve this technical issue, we suggest to delete the cookies and change the browser.
    Compatible browsers are Internet Explorer, Chrome and firefox.
