Date of birth issue

Guys,I forgot my payoneer password!
I click on the Forgot Password link,and it tells me to insert USERNAME and Date of Birth,I enter them both and it tells me that is wrong.How is that wrong? is not the first time i change my password..help me please,but not with email support bla bla bla till new years eve...

Remember that the date of birth is in accordance to the US format of Month/Day/Year compared to many other countries where it is Day/Month/Year.

Taking that into consideration, if you are still having trouble resetting your password, you should contact Payoneer support for assistance in resetting your online access.
