Payment Under review - Should I send the item?

I requested payment from my customer, she paid I suppose, so I prepared her product it is ready to be shipped. But today is the 6th day since she paid. Status is still "payment under review". What does it exactly mean, should I consider it as paid and ship the item? When can I see the payment in my account? Thank you.

Payoneer reviews every incoming payment that comes through the Billing Service and the Global Payment Service details. The review for the majority of the payments take around 1-3 business days and to review before being approved and credited to the account.
If you see that the payment is taking longer to be approved than normal and you did not receive any email notifying you of this, I recommend you contact Payoneer support to follow up on the status of the payment.5
