Missing info in transaction

I have a problem. I have a transaction eith missing information status. I have send emails to costumer support but they send me message to send them detail info about my transaction and i did it. Now noone is answaring. Can you help me. My money was sent five days ago.

    I'm having the same problem, 8 days without the transfer being approved and they have stopped answering the emails. Let's hope somebody jumps in and help us with this.

    a little patience, i'm now already the 21st day waiting withdraw process :/ ,
