It depends of the transfer method; If you wish to change the bank details added to your withdrawal method then you can do it by your own from your online account. If three different bank accounts were already added to the withdrawal method then you will need to be assisted by the support center because you can't add a fourth.
And if the details you wish to change are those associated to your bank transfer method, then you will also need to contact the support center for further assistance.
