Missed Reference Section for incoming Banktransfer !?

Hello Payoneer Community,
i miss the "Reference Section" for incoming Banktransfer under >> View Transactions
Display account activity >> Popup Window (Transaction Details)
Why i can not see some Reference Details, that the Money Sender has written as Reference !?
This is a very very important part that i miss and and i need!
Please tell me a solutions how can i see the "Reference Details" from the Sender.
I would also like to criticize the support ticket system !!
It is unacceptable, the Client only answer with predefined answers by your system.
It would be good if the concerns of your customers would be read by Human Support People.

What do you mean by "Reference Details"?
In the payment list, on your online account, you have the possibility to see the name of the sender, the amount, the Payment ID & the date. If you wish to receive more details, you should contact the support center.Also the autoreply may not always address your inquiry, however, it is written that if it doesn't answer your question you should reply back.
