Can't withdraw funds to bank

I've just wanted to withdraw some funds to my bank account, but after filling in all information and hitting "Withdraw" button, the button disappeared for a second and then returned. Nothing happened. I tried it several times, even in another browser, but to no avail. The button just doesn't work. No error message.

The withdrawal procedure user interface looks different than it used to, a month or so ago. Is it a bug in the new UI?

    Me too. It's seems Payoneer Server error. The HTTP response code is 403 while still logged in.

    The user and all related content has been deleted.

    It's back to old interface and every just works again. Thanks!
