    Thank you for contacting us. Adding your card to your Paypal account is no different than adding any other card.

    Please note that in order to achieve the link with your Payoneer card to your Paypal account, you need to have around $2-$4 on the card so that there will be enough funds for the microcharges that take place during the linking process.
