Urgent - what is meant by "Gründungsurkunde"?

Hey,
I am German and received a message when I should receive the first payment via Payoneer to send a "Gründungsurkunde". I am a kind of freelancer/one-man-show-business. What could I send? My number of the German Finanzamt (tax authorities)?
Thank you for your help
Stefan

Good day, the word "Gründungsurkunde" translates into "character", but I have a feeling the actual meaning of what you are asking got lost in translation.

I am assuming you are asking about what needs to be done to approve your first payment. Basically whenever you send a payment request to your client, you will have a form to fill out that details the service that was provided to your client. Once the payment is received, there is a short review done by Payoneer's payments team before having the money credited to the account.

One thing you need to keep in mind is that the time it takes to credit the money in your balance depends on how the money was sent to Payoneer. Each payment method operates within different industry payment processing standards, which can affect the time you can actually access the payment.

You can check in your payment transaction history when the money will be available to you once it is approved. To get the basic layout of this, you can go to Payoneer FAQ page to read more.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.
