I do not have yet a Payoneer account but have noticed that signing up is free but then is a couple of dollars every year. What happens if my account doesnt recieve money. How am I supposed to pay the fee in such occasion? Maybe its a silly question but just wanted to know. Thanks.

Your answer is spot on Mark for anyone who has a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard account. There are still many users who have this account type for being long time users, however in the past year Payoneer has made some changes to the accounts.

Today, most of the new applicants who apply through Payoneer receive the new Payoneer account that comes set up with three currency balances (USD, EUR and GBP). The default option for accessing any money you earn through this account type is by withdrawing it to your bank.
While this account type also gives you the option to order a card as a secondary part of the service, as long as you do not order this card, you will no be required to pay the annual $29.95 fee.

If you do order the card for that account, the fee will be charged 12 months after you receive your first payment rather than as soon as you have the $29.95 balance in your account.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

    I have similiar questions,

At this time i used payoneer as my first transaction card, sometimes i used to withdraw into bank account and not using ATM.
I wonder if i registered for payoneer web only, and withdraw into bank account directly without using card, and not order for ATM card. Will i get charged for maintenance annual fees too?
And also i want to know, payoneer charge me "annual maintenance fees" $29,- for a year but my friend get charged monthly. Why there any different for user, is there any setting to change or it's automatic setting?
